This includes: Healthy Choices Class, Two coaching sessions per month, Two inner alignment sessions (mindfulness practice, breath practice, reiki, somatic movement, etc. of clients choosing) per month, resources and notes specific to supporting goals, and access to the Well Balanced Life accountability FB group.

Health & Wellness Coaching helps people build a foundation of habits and practices that support feeling balanced and nourished in all areas of life; mind body & spirit. Completely client driven, we often work around dietary choices, movement goals, stress reduction, joy, satisfaction, and just overall SHOWING UP for yourself. We will create a long-term shift in your daily habits to bring about a better quality of life for years to come!

The coaching sessions are set up bi-weekly, with alternate week Inner Alignment Sessions. After our sessions I share notes of our discussions and practices, as well as resources pertaining to your goals. With access to the Well Balanced Life facebook group, you will get extra tips and tidbits as well as more accountability from peers.
